If Brighter Lets manages your Landlord’s property we are committed to ensuring the property is well maintained and cared for. This is where we work together with a tenant to ensure that all maintenance is reported immediately to ensure that a small problem does not escalate into a major costly repair.

The property you are renting is a large investment for your landlord, therefore Brighter Lets will arrange to visit the property 3 months after you have moved in and if satisfied, every 6 months thereafter. We use a state-of-the-art programme on iPads at the property visit, to create a very thorough report, which all parties can e-sign together at the property. We send this report to you and the landlord, so that all parties’ are aware of the property’s current condition and disputes can either be avoided or easily resolved.
