If Brighter Lets manages your Landlord’s property we are committed to ensuring the property is well maintained and cared for. This is where we work together with a tenant to ensure that all maintenance is reported immediately to ensure that a small problem does not escalate into a major costly repair.

The property you are renting is a large investment for your landlord, therefore Brighter Lets will arrange to visit the property 3 months after you have moved in and if satisfied, every 6 months thereafter. The property will be inspected using the written inventory as a guide and a report will be produced so that all parties’ are aware of the property’s current condition and disputes can either be avoided or easily resolved. Please note that we charge a £39.00 checkout fee which is payable before you vacate the property.
